2019 Training Opportunities:

The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless is excited to announce new and engaging training opportunities for 2019. Thanks to the Callahan Foundation, we have been able to expand our training portfolio this year. We are using this support to address broader needs in our community that have been identified by our members. We hope that you can take advantage of these opportunities. TRAINING: Undoing Racism and Managing Unconscious Bias - FULL

Housing 101 Training

This workshop is directed at staff of agencies (social workers, case workers and advocates) working with very low income and homeless populations. The workshop training focuses on all aspects of obtaining and maintaining housing and shelter for their clients. The training includes landlord/tenant and fair housing laws which can help clients maintain housing and take appropriate steps should there be a fair housing complaint or discrimination or inappropriate landlord behavior.
