WHAT IS THE STREET CARD?
Each year, the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless publishes the Street Card, a FREE booklet containing vital information about services for people experiencing homelessness in our community.
The Street Card is designed to be portable, easy to read, and up to date so that people seeking services, outreach workers, and other organizations throughout Cuyahoga County can access the information they need.
We distribute the Street Card to individuals, shelters, hospitals, schools, police stations, and libraries. It contains information that would assist a homeless person in accessing services in Cuyahoga County.
To request copies of our Street Card, please call NEOCH’s office at (216) - 432 - 0540.
